Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Sr On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Indianapolis, IN.

Job Title: Sr On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Runs high volume/production 2D or 3D print and copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Performs filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
• May occasionally perform shipping, receiving and dock work in a mailroom type environment.
• Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked.
• Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
• May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer (adds toner, stocks paper, loads filaments and powders, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications :

• Hiring manager is looking for an outgoing focused self-starter.
• A person who is open to a fast paced and varied work environment.
• MUST have valid driver's license because they will be driving once converted.
• There is quite a bit of extensive lifting, standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and assistance will be made available for anything over.
• Dress code is business casual (jeans are allowed as long as they are in good shape, no rips patches etc) close-toed shoe.
• Parking is free/validated or reimbursed.
• No covid requirements at this time.
