About the Role
We work as cross-functional teams defining new products, services, and features across Packsize for our on-demand solutions, integrations with other systems, data and analytics, optimizing complex workflows, and more. We are highly collaborative with Engineering, Product Design, senior management, stakeholders, and our customers. We are continuously looking at the health of our product culture and how we can learn and improve. We also investigate new technologies and how we will leverage them to solve problems in new and better ways including IoT, cloud, and stream analytics.
The Challenge
Required experience in managing and navigating the complexity of hardware, programmable logic control (plc) software, and application software will be an asset as we continue to make on-demand, right-sized packaging a reality for our customers. In this position you will have responsibility and ownership over a Packsize product category and work with cross-functional teams and customers to identify and define what we build. You will collect and synthesize data points to identify the problem to solve that will deliver the most value to the markets we serve.
You will work with senior leaders to implement product strategies and features that add value into our current and future portfolio of solutions. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be critical in gaining alignment across stakeholders.
As a key member of the Product Management team, it is your responsibility to understand our domain and empathize with our customers. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your passion for product discovery by conducting user research and market analysis and use those outcomes to test assumptions and drive product strategy forward. Your leadership sets the tone in determining what gets developed and what does not.
