**Why is this role mission critical:** Our Operations Team Leads lead our warehouse employees in a way that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and productivity. As a Team Lead your focus is fostering team unity and prioritizing tasks and boosting a warehouse's day-to-day efficiency. You are responsible to motivate and mentor team members, explain tasks, and provide feedback. The schedule for this role will be Tuesday-Saturday 6:30am-3:00pm. In this role you will primarily focused on inventory related functions such as cycle count, audits, and consolidation. Assists warehouse Supervisors with implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by warehouse team. Supervises all inventory, cycle counts, audits, and consolidation activities performed by warehouse inventory team; maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees on warehouse floor throughout the shift. Maintaining the department fast-paced environment. Leads by example and trains, motivates, coaches the team members. Constantly work to improve processes, make suggestions to Warehouse Supervisors for productivity improvements and optimize employee workflow. Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities, employees performance, and employee productivity. **Who you are:** High School Diploma/General Education Diploma. Knowledge of basic mathematics. Excellent attention to detail Previous experience as a warehouse Lead or a similar position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Complies with established company policies and procedures. Assist in decision making. Willing to work overtime when required. Must be able to lift 20-25 pounds if necessary.
