We're on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician based in our Kansas City office. About Us:
At Pack3000, our team is comprised of experienced professionals in the field, ready to provide comprehensive training on our cutting-edge equipment. We value politeness, reliability, and a serious commitment to excellence. As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in installing and repairing our machinery at customer locations across North and South America, as well as providing support for trade shows.

Main Responsibilities:

· Provide telephone support to customers

· Instillation, repairs, and preventive maintenance on machines at customer facilities

· Inspect machines upon acceptance and provide any assembly needed.

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

· Provide support for trade shows

· Assist with warehouse operations including shipping spare parts, maintaining warehouse organization, and performing other related tasks as needed.

Expectations:

· Anticipate spending 60-70% of your time traveling to customer premises.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Knowledge in electromechanics

· Ability to read electrical and pneumatic drawings

· 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

· Valid driver's license

· Customer service proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,600.00 per year
