Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff on best practices
- Supervise and motivate a team of employees to meet performance goals
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees as needed
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Oversee inventory control processes to minimize loss and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the retail director to develop promotions and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
