Wuollet Bakery is a locally-owned family-run business that has been the Twin Cities' leader in the bakery and specialty cakes business for over 75 years.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, friendly and hard working individual to join our team as a Store Manager at our Edina location.
The manager will oversee everyday operations and be in charge of keeping the store looking sharp, providing friendly and efficient service, leading their team, and bringing enthusiasm for the job every day. The position will also require some bookkeeping skills, inventory and ordering, and various other tasks.
SCHEDULE: Full-time - various hours including weekends.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Hiring new team members
Training staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Ensuring that the bakery is adequately stocked with bakery items and supplies
Creating suitable work schedules for staff members
Keeping track of inventory and ordering product from on a daily basis
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
Previous food service experience
Extensive customer service experience
Consistent and flexible availability
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
The ability to work with and lead others
The ideal candidate will also possess:
At least 6 months - 1 year of management experience
Food Manager Certification is a plus
Compensation: $18 - $25 tips
