PACIFIC RIM HOME HEALTH is a leading provider of skilled in-home nursing care for patients. We are currently looking for passionate, empathetic, motivated, and committed individual to fill out Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position!

We are looking for dedicated LVN's to provide quality care to home-based patients. You will work one-on-one with a patient. The job is consistent 12hr days.

Work Schedule as follows:

Sunday, Monday and Saturday with alternating Fridays. Hours 0800-2000

The LVN is responsible for:

- Provide direct patient care of pediatric patient, accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide specialized care for patients with G-tubes and tracheostomies.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid license as a Vocational Nurse. New grads are welcomed!
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- BLS/CPR certification is required.
