Job Summary: Our Warehouse Lead maintains inventory and supply by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse and supervising staff. This position oversees and participates in Branch Office services by performing the following duties personally or with the assistance of the Warehouse Assistant, as applicable.

What You’ll Do:

• Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to aid in directing warehouse staff, putting worker safety as top priority.
• Meets warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Ensures that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
• Aids in satellite facility warehouseinventory and operations. 

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to Company protocol. 
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office proficiency.
