You can choose a career path that best suits your skills and interests with opportunity for advancement.**Job** **Duties/Responsibilities:**•Operating heavy equipment including sit down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and overhead hoists•Perform material handling and warehousing functions such as unloading, sorting, putting away, picking, packing and shipping parts, materials and supplies•Operates electronic hardware/RF units**Essential Job Functions:**•Good attendance record and ability to work OT when required•Consistent usage of required PPE for task being performed•Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures•The ability to properly perform quality checks**Basic Qualifications:**•One year of previous work or volunteer experience•Candidates must be 18 years or older•Willing and able to be trained on heavy equipment including sit down forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers and overhead hoists•Adhere to all facility safety policies and procedures•Frequently lift parts up to 50 pounds individually•Frequently bending, reaching, climbing, walking and squatting while performing job tasks•Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English**All eligible candidates** **_MUST_** **pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar:** **Background Screening** **Drug Screening** **Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical**Caterpillar is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
