Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics and ensuring the efficient movement of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including driver logs, delivery confirmations, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Dispatching workers to various locations -creating/ updating work order/ cutting and assigning tickets to workers. -Assist as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - computer savvy/ basic knowledge
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
