This highly visible sales role is responsible for selling HVAC Service Agreements to Commercial Buildings in a predetermined territory, focusing on hospitals/healthcare, manufacturing, data centers, education and hospitality. This opportunity focuses on setting opportunities with C-Suite, Vice Presidents and Directors and determining if a partnership is viable. If you have experience in sales, industry experience is not a must. The role is a pay-per-performance opportunity with a significant base salary and escalating commissions based on revenue sold.
