Description
SUMMARY: Responsible to manage sales, staff, training and developing specific business plans; implement account and Company procedures; bring effective solutions for complex business issues; and possess the ability to utilize effective techniques to stimulate sales growth for assigned accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, manage and supervise a subordinate staff. Maintain direction and compliance with Company’s policies and applicable regulations/laws.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Local daily travel to customer locations
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch/kneel bend and reach.
The employee must lift, push, pull, carry and/or move up to 10 to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, and distance vision.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The employee is required to work safely at account locations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to weather conditions except during travel. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
