Qualifications:

Required: • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. • 5 to 10 years’ experience in a variety of procurement functions including strategic sourcing, tactical procurement, and inventory management. • Industry experience in Oil and Gas or Service Company operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Strong communication skills and be able to communicate thoughts in a clear, concise, coherent manner. • Strong knowledge of basic analytical and office software programs. • Able to work well with others both within and across functional boundaries. • Basic project management skills. • Strong action orientation • Adaptable and customer focused in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to lead teams and work well across boundaries • Ability to influence key stakeholders • Exhibit a high degree of ethics/integrity • Ability to multitask/prioritize in a deadline environment • Has innovative ideas and is eager to work in a challenging environment • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) models (Oracle, SAP) Desired: • Experience developing and initiating contracts. • Supply Chain Management portfolio experience in Drilling or Completions. • Contracting experience related to Drilling Rigs • Robust understanding of financial indicators and has ability to perform sound economic analysis (ROI, cash flow analysis, lease vs. buy, micro economics).
