Direct hire opening for a Cybersecurity Operations Specialist.
This position plays a critical role in protecting technology through cyber monitoring and proactive initiatives to address threats and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Global Information Systems teams and cross-functional departments to provide security platform administration.
• Recommend solutions based on business needs and best practices, ensuring operational or security risks are known and considered.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• Monitor security systems and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on cybersecurity matters.
• Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices to enhance cybersecurity posture.
• Provide off-hours on-call assistance as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 3 years of IT experience as a hands-on security administrator of cybersecurity tools.
• Experience administering leading security tools, such as privileged access management, Hard Token management, Security Auditing and Monitoring tools or comparable products
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with security platform administration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security )) preferred
