Summary:

Oxbow Engineering, LLC is excited to expand their team and seeking a Project Manager in our Land/Site Development group in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications:

• Have a BS or MS from an ABET-accredited university in the field of Civil Engineering.
• 4 years of experience with a civil engineering design firm.
• Passed the FE exam (EIT Certification) or can obtain it within 6 months.
• Strong and transparent communication, leadership, and technical skills.
• Knowledge of local codes and design criteria.
• Experience with Civil Engineering, Land Development, Site Development, Due Diligence Grading, Earthwork Stormwater Management, Stormwater Modeling, Regulatory Permitting, and Utility Design.
• Preferred Skills in AutoCAD and Civil3D.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates would act as a point of contact for clients; while interacting with clients must demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Responsible for marketing, project reporting, forecasting, and client invoicing, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Must lead a robust variety of land development site designs within a boutique firm environment aimed to expand client exposure and business relationships.
• Responsible for projects, work with principal leadership in the development of plans, specifications, and construction contract documents for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
