Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for competitvely and independently working with patients to successfully provide diagnostic and therapy services to patients..

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional patient experience (#1 RESPONSIBILITY)
• Preparing, tracking, and shipping of diagnostic and therapy equipment to patients.
• Receiving and processing requests for replacement supplies and services.
• Answering and routing of phone traffic within clinic.
• General data entry and review - ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
• Collection of patient paperwork and payments at time of service.
• General administrative duties when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
