This role will support a National Sales team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process. Must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Your Role Work with the National Sales team to create and compile media plans per client RFP’s Administer the contract process from creation to execution for assigned direct clients or agencies Create and process any related forms Place and track production orders Track materials, prepare posting instructions and follow through process until completion Request photos and deliver proof of performance reports to National Sales Execs in all OUTFRONT markets Facilitate daily communication between account teams, creatives, and inventory managers to help fulfill client requests Liaise with sales, billing and the collection teams to assist with the billing process Special projects as requested by management Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations teams and National Sales Teams in all OUTFRONT markets Think creatively while juggling several projects and ideas at once Support and exhibit behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media Act with diplomacy as a representative of the National Sales Department Perform other related duties as required Your Qualifications Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize Must be self-motivated and be able to multi-task Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. PowerPoint and Word knowledge a plus Strong analytical capabilities and interest in advertising, marketing and sales 1-2 years of related work experience preferred Strong verbal & written communication skills Must have a positive attitude and be a team player Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
