Outdoor Adventures is Hiring an Assistant Resort Manager Near Davison, MI
- Direct report to the Resort Manager
- Management of Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Store, and Activities staff
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; coordinating landscaping and snow removal as needed
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Hires, motivates, evaluates and directs staff to ensure adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established goals and objectives.
- Ensures that all employees receive the training, support, guidance, feedback and resources necessary to successfully perform their job
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong management abilities
- Experience in a customer service setting
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, & flexible hours
- Basic computer skills
- Valid MI Driver’s License
- Ability to effectively communicate and delegate work plans and team goals to a staff
- Ability to react calmly and quickly in emergency situations
- 1-2 years of experience in property management
- Company car for travel between resorts
