Skilled Nursing facility is looking to hire a Concierge / Patient Relations Specialist.

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 6pm

Sub-acute / Long Term Care Facility – Concierge

• Coordinate the process of new admissions to the facility in a friendly, compassionate manner.
• Be the primary customer service resource for the building and areas where the residents/patients are directly affected.
• Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys to residents/guests and family members where appropriate.
• Assist staff members to ensure the resident’s/patient’s needs are met.
• Communicate with residents and family members to ensure that they are receiving services as requested and to ascertain any additional needs.
• Must have time managment.

Skills necessary

• Customer service
• 2-4 years of experience in customer relations in healthcare; more specifically in a long-term care setting.
• Bilingual (spanish)
• Proficient in excel, word and outlook
• Task oriented
