Job Summary:

OWC is looking for Marketplace Account Specialists to help manage our day-to-day activities on Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, UK, EU, SG, UAE, SA, JP)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas and functions like V-lookups and Pivot Tables
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central Marketplace management and product optimization or other 3^rd party marketplace experience
• Experience with Amazon A Content, AMS, SEO, Amazon Brand Analytics and Keyword Optimization a plus

Education and Experience:

• Create, manage, and optimize Product Listings on Amazon marketplaces: descriptions, new ASIN set up, copy and image optimization 
• Monitor and manage overall account health, resolve any policy compliance issues 
• Monitor inventory levels and shipments, work with the operations team to schedule replenishments
• Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, product sales, margin, returns, ratings, and reviews 
• Work with Amazon Account Managers to Manage advertising strategies: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Enhanced Brand Content (A content), Amazon Storefront 
• Review sales and marketing performance with Amazon Account Managers to ensure achievement of performance objectives 
• Work with Amazon Account Managers to implement overall Amazon strategies and best practices
