Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Member Services Coordinator at OsteoStrong. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system to ensure optimal utilization of our services.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and membership options.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing member paperwork and files.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the OsteoStrong team to ensure a seamless member experience.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with scheduling software.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in health and wellness is a plus.
