Overview: We are seeking a skilled Epicor Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Epicor ERP systems and business analysis, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As an Epicor Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions within the Epicor ERP framework to optimize efficiency and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and document business processes to understand current workflows, system configurations, and pain points within the Epicor ERP environment.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and define project scope for Epicor ERP enhancements or implementations.
3. Design, configure, and customize Epicor ERP modules to meet business requirements, utilizing best practices and adhering to company standards.
4. Develop and execute test plans to validate Epicor ERP system changes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business objectives.
5. Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Epicor ERP solutions and maximize user proficiency.
6. Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Conduct ongoing system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or enhancements as needed to optimize Epicor ERP performance and functionality.
8. Stay current with industry trends, Epicor ERP updates, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
10. Document system configurations, process flows, and technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Epicor ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP modules, configurations, and functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and testing within the Epicor ERP framework.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Prior experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Epicor certification(s) is highly desirable.
