We currently seek a Vice President of Evaluation and Impact to join Osborne. The Vice President of Evaluation and Impact works to establish a data-informed approach to advancing Osborne’s mission through data generation, analysis, and information exchange. The VP has ownership over the development and implementation of strategies to track its programmatic and organizational impact and will significantly contribute to the development of narratives surrounding Osborne’s work. The VP will expand the organization’s capacity to measure the effectiveness of its work through internal initiatives and external research partnerships, with the aim of generating data that can enhance impact, expand investment in programming, and support policy advocacy.
The Vice President directly supervises the Director of Data Analytics and will oversee the work of the Data Analytics team. The VP serves as a resource to departments across the agency and develops tools to evaluate, learn from, and improve outcomes while ensuring the inclusion of evidence-based decision-making throughout. The VP works with other senior leaders in the organization to integrate insights gained from evaluative activities, and ensure that research, evaluation, and program analytics are an integral part of program design and management.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 annually
