Orthopedic Pain Management is Hiring a Medical Administrative Assistant Near Encino, CA

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of our pain management office.

**Duties:**

- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and document management

- Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets

- Assist the LVN in chart prep

- Transcribe information accurately

- Maintain organized digital and non-digital filing systems

- Support in organizing and maintaining databases

- Maintain patient confidentiality

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, especially Word and Excel

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail

- Basic math skills for calculations and data entry accuracy

- Familiarity with database systems for data input and retrieval

- Familiarity with EHR softwares

- Some knowledge of medical terminology

- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently

- Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively

- Strong understanding of HIPAA laws

- Punctual and stellar attendance record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
