JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing installation, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. Establish and maintain a routine preventative maintenance program for all buildings, equipment, and grounds. Ensure that the facility meets or exceeds state and federal regulatory standards and requirements. Need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience with general building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and construction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general building maintenance and/or healthcare facility;
• Technical training in air conditioning, heating, plumbing, mechanical, and electric equipment generally used in a health care facility;
• Required to be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner;
• Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, tact and the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
