Customer Service Representative Employment Requirements to be Considered:

1. Ability to work for long working hours. 
2. Ability to work as a part of a team.
3. Must be 18 or older
4. Previous hospitality experience recommended
5. Ability to commute to Cincinnati
6. Proficient in using a cash register.
7. Outstanding ability to communicate efficiently.
8. Good social and people skills.
9. Excellent multi-tasking abilities.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

1. Attending the in-service meetings regularly.
2. Assisting the customers in a friendly manner.
3. Following established health, safety, and sanitation principles and protocols.
4. Identifying the customer's problems, if any
5. Assisting and monitoring all the emergency work.
6. Handling the customer's complaints and issues. 
7. Provide customers with all information about items such as pricing, availability, etc.
8. Helping out other department staff as and when needed.
9. Keeping the area well organized.
