Job Description
This position is responsible for recruiting qualified candidates for our company. This will take place through in-house job fairs, online recruitment platforms and referrals. You will be responsible for developing, posting, and managing the entire recruitment process. You will Interview candidates, select qualified individuals for employment and then accompany their onboarding process up until they begin work.
Responsibilities:
· Executes the talent acquisition strategy as set forth by senior management.
· Coordinates and executes the entire talent acquisition cycle to ensure the business is always operationally ready with human capital.
· Post and monitor job listings regularly
· Attend in-house job fairs multiple times per week
· Coordinate regularly with senior leadership regarding staffing requirements for the company
· Develop and foster relationships with supporting staff members
· Utilize company database software to organize and track new hires
· Utilize internal reports to identify errors in onboarding processes
Qualifications:
· Strong interpersonal skills including an ability to speak in public
· Fluency in English and Spanish
· Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced and deadline driven climate
· Ability to use critical thinking skills to identify and hire qualified candidates
· Fluency with basic office software (Microsoft Office) is needed.
· Experience with payroll software (ADP, Paycom, Paychex) preferred, not required
· Detail oriented; must be able to follow instructions
