Orkes is Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (6 month contract- 1099) Near Seattle, WA

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Orkes, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and provide support throughout the hiring process. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by attracting and securing top talent who will help us achieve our strategic objectives.

Your day-to-day at Orkes:

-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal interviewers, ensuring alignment with availability and preferences.

-Manage all aspects of candidate communications, including interview confirmations, agenda distribution, and post-interview follow-ups.

-Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

-Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional service and support at every stage of the recruitment process.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including candidate status updates and interview feedback.

-Assist with other recruiting and administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team and overall recruitment efforts.

-Collaborate with the head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

-Utilize various sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, with a focus on proactive outreach and networking.

-Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to encourage interest in opportunities with Orkes. 

Qualities that will help you succeed: 

-1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on scheduling and organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

-Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools to coordinate interviews and manage calendars.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

-Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

-Familiarity with Lever ATS, applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is a plus.

More Details

The hourly pay for this role is between $25.00-$35.00 per hour with a maximum of 40 hours per week. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered: skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.

Status: Full time- 6 month contract (1099)
