Position Details
Location: Remote (you can live anywhere in the territory that encompasses Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia).
Compensation: Target base salary ~$90K - $120K

• Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Target annual performance-based bonus ~5-10%.

Schedule: This is a high travel position; you can expect to travel regularly (up to 75%) to other company sites within the region. Typically, you will be gone for several days at a time, but longer trips are also possible.

Position Description
As an Account and Maintenance Specialist, you will provide technical service and support for the company’s carton customers. This includes but is not limited to: daily customer visits, Carton and Machines inspections, Training customers on both carton and machine, and general advising/ assistance on all Evergreen offers. You will conduct and control service activities as assigned to ensure timely customer support while meeting the goals and objectives for productivity and utilization. You will manage the following states: ? Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland & Virginia. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Effectively communicate technical issues and information with customers, management and other departments.
• Provide learning experiences for both customer and company’s plant personnel on machine operation and/or carton performance.
• Perform the job safely within an environment, which the technician does not control.
• Use appropriate PPE: approved safety shoes, hearing and eye protection as appropriate for work area, gloves according to work tasks, and other PPE as assigned and required.

Position Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience with industrial maintenance and/or engineering programs with capital equipment - ideally with packaging machines and equipment.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to transfer technical concepts to employees at all levels.
