- Shift : 4 on, 4 off, Rotating Shifts (5am 5pm, and 5pm 5am) between weeks
- Compensation : $97k 105k in Total Comp First Year
- $19.23 / hour 100% Weekly Production Bonus 20% Monthly Conversion Bonus $42 44 / hour), plus $10k 12k in annual OT!)
- Benefits : Company offers its electricians a very competitive salary with bonuses paid out both weekly (Production Bonus) and monthly (Conversion Bonus).

- COVID Vaccination : Not RequiredPosition Description : In this role you will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, organize downturn activities, maintain maintenance records, preventive maintenance and update documentation.
- You will be responsible for maintaining systems for all production and facilities equipment in the plant.
- You will work as part of a team to ensure that all preventative and corrective maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
- Schedule, perform, assign, and record maintenance and repair tasks.
- Identify modifications and services to increase crane reliability.
- Support safety initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Rotating shift work.
- Assist in downturn activities.
- Implement process improvements.
- Participate in electrical upgrade projects.Requirements : The company is looking for strong multiskilled technician candidates (EM or industrial ETs / MMs with 450V experience) with 4 years of industrial maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
