In coordination with District Manager and Sales Manager, you will establish sales and profitability goals, manage proper fleet levels, be responsible for the effective leadership of branch employees, and drive a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities will include :

• Lead team development and productivity to deliver Legendary Customer Service (LCS), ensuring alignment with the company's Vision, Values, and Mission through the use of Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools.
• Manage branch operations, personnel, and support equipment demonstrations and technical support, driving sales and marketing initiatives for market share and customer retention.
• Set high safety standards, oversee audits, training, compliance with regulations, and maintain a safe equipment program.
• Recruit and train employees, fostering a performance-optimized climate, support sales strategies, and ensure product quality and efficient rental equipment operations.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, prioritize customer-focused operations, sales, and service, aiming for profitable market share growth and meeting corporate targets while ensuring safety compliance.Position Requirements
• Management, Administration, or Construction Management preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in business management and / or operational management with increasingly progressive job scope and responsibilities.
