Personal Injury Paralegal
Job Description:
1. Conduct client interviews, assess needs, and manage medical records.
2. Draft legal documents, complaints, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
3. Assist in case preparation for trials, depositions, mediation, and filing documents.
4. Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
5. Conduct legal research and assist in case investigations.
6. Prepare trial materials and ensure legal compliance throughout the process.
7. Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years of Personal Injury Paralegal experience.
2. Proficient in legal document drafting, discovery, and research.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Able to work independently and in a team.
5. Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office.
6. Knowledge of legal procedures in personal injury cases preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
