Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced personal injury litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, dog bite, and product liability
• Conduct client consultations and intake
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Supervise paralegals and support staff
• Maintain client communication and relationships

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated compassion for clients and commitment to justice
