Job Details:
· Conduct client interviews, assess needs, and manage medical records.
· Draft legal documents, complaints, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
· Assist in case preparation for trials, depositions, mediation, and filing documents.
· Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
· Conduct legal research and assist in case investigations.
· Prepare trial materials and ensure legal compliance throughout the process.
· Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals.
Qualifications:
· 2 years of Personal Injury Paralegal experience.
· Proficient in legal document drafting, discovery, and research.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Able to work independently and in a team.
· Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of legal procedures in personal injury cases preferred.
