Your Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Case Manager, your duties will encompass a range of essential tasks, including but not limited to: initiating and maintaining client communication, procuring medical records, coordinating medical appointments, overseeing clients' medical care, file management, event scheduling, resolution of PD and loss of use issues, liaising with Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparation of files for demand writers, and ensuring overall excellence in client care.
