Origis Energy is Hiring a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Description

Origis Energy is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This person will be a key member of experienced recruitment team with the main objective of strategizing, coordinating & recruiting top talent for the organization. The ideal candidate will have comfort & experience in being the face of the company with external applicants, a helpful service provider to internal stakeholders, and possess an enthusiasm and drive to build a team of highly skilled professionals.

The position of Talent Acquisition Manager is a regular, full-time position, and is eligible for our generous employee benefits package, including employer paid health insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions, and other great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential candidates and conduct initial interviews to discern top candidates to present to hiring managers
  • Building strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
  • Makes ongoing recommendations on hiring strategy/closing strategy to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Administer, track & manage internal referral program
  • Implement interviewer training for hiring managers & stakeholders (including Greenhouse training)
  • Works with Recruiting Specialists to schedule interviews and ensure scorecards are collected
  • Managing full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex, technical, and senior level searches
  • Utilize network of industry contacts to source, create, and maintain relationships with individuals and potential future hires
  • Tying out with finance to ensure corporate hiring budgets are maintained
  • Manage and track upcoming positions for hire and manage timelines & process of recruitment
  • Support hiring managers in the creation and compilation of job descriptions for specialized technical and corporate openings
  • Driving offer process including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • Recommend ways to optimize and showcase employer brand & candidate experience
  • Cultivate a superior candidate experience for each candidate that you engage with throughout the process
  • Plays a key role in the design and coordination of diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategy to attract, hire and maintain a diverse workplace
  • Conduct preliminary phone screens with candidates of interest as identified by Talent Acquisition and technical hiring team
  • Contribute to the management of internal systems (applicant tracking, HRIS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with HR and Departments to ensure smooth candidate transition through onboarding and into orientation
  • Support Director Talent Acquisition with reporting as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS and/or BA in a related field, MBA a plus
  • Must have experience and deep understanding of the U.S. renewables and energy markets
  • 5 years of increasingly progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience
  • Experience with a renewable developer or energy organization
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus
  • Comfort and ability to strategize and negotiate employment offers of all levels
