The Largo office of Organogenesis is seeking a motivated, detailed oriented candidate for a Contracts Specialist I position. The position is responsible for the following:

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  • Work with multiple departments to process contracts including documenting receipt of signed contracts.
  • Works with accounting to review and approve contracts before entering the contracts in the system. Assist with answering any questions regarding the contract and helping to resolve any issues.
  • Process approved contracts and enrollment forms in the OPS CRM system.
  • Communicate with the Accounting department for practice to be activated In the Accounting system.
  • Activate practice portal in the Care365 system and message practice with login credentials.
  • Create order form.
  • Send notification emails to the practice and sales team once contracts have been processed.
  • Process request for new sample demonstration kit and notify the warehouse department.
  • Forward contract folder to the compliance department.
  • Responsible for practice agency contract maintenance for activation in the billing system including cross referencing and updating the system once an updated approved contract has been received for an existing practice and updating pricing in both CRM and Care365 system.
  • Communicate with multiple departments once contract is updated in the systems.
  • Terminate contracts, notifying benefits verification, compliance, and accounting departments.
  • Monitor receipt of required compliance and quality documents.
  • Monitor and document product training for agencies and representatives
  • Maintain agency distribution list for communications.
  • Receive approval from Associate Director of US Customer service for additional sample demonstration kits for both the sales field and existing customers.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Position is Monday - Friday. Hours are flexible.

  • Detail oriented required.

  • Good communication skill required.

  • Ability to work independently required.

  • Previous experience working with contracts preferred.
