Salon Receptionist/Assistant

Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Help Manage Social Media
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's booking system
- Provide information to clients about salon services, pricing, and availability
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized salon and reception area
- Assist stylists and technicians with client check-ins and check-outs

- Assist stylists with cleaning stations inbetween services for an easy transtion
- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations of the salon
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and inventory
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and staff
