GENERAL DUTIES

Perform highly skilled maintenance and trades work in District facilities. Coordinateother staff and contractors to complete projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or its equivalentProficient oral and written communication skills in EnglishProficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applicationsHold a valid Oregon driver's licenseHold a valid license related to identified tradesExperience with implementing project blueprintsKnowledge of regulations governing work within identified tradesKnowledge of applicable safety rules and best practices within identified tradesPass a pre-employment drug test
