Position Summary:
Dedicated and experienced Manager oversees our (TMS) Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation program. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of TMS therapy to our patients, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with (MDD) major depressive disorder.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of the TMS program, including scheduling, treatment planning, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in TMS therapy.
  • Develop and implement protocols for patient assessment, treatment administration, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to integrate TMS therapy into comprehensive treatment plans for patients with MDD and co-occurring disorders.
  • Clinical Supervision:
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to TMS Coordinator, technicians and other staff involved in the delivery of TMS therapy and daily administrative.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and provide guidance on patient care and treatment protocols.
  • Facilitate staff training and professional development opportunities related to TMS therapy and mental health treatment.
  • Patient Care:
  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine suitability for TMS therapy.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding TMS therapy, including potential benefits, risks, and expectations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster collaborative relationships with referring providers, mental health professionals, and community organizations to promote awareness of TMS therapy and facilitate referrals.
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and continuity of services for patients receiving TMS therapy.
  • Serve as a liaison between the TMS program and other departments within the organization, advocating for resources and support as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to TMS treatment sessions, patient progress, and program outcomes.
  • Coordinate billing and reimbursement processes for TMS therapy services, working closely with administrative staff and insurance providers.
  • Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the TMS program.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and professional meetings to promote awareness of TMS therapy and mental health services.
  • Participate in outreach activities aimed at engaging underserved populations and reducing disparities in access to care for individuals with MDD and related conditions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work) OR
  • Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Oregon
  • Certification in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a plus.
  • 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals with depression and/or other mood disorders a plus.
  • 2 years' experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Commitment to cultural competence, trauma-informed care, and ethical practice standards
  • Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Current Negative TB Screening or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Current Proof of COVID Vaccination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
