Responsibilities:
Serenity Lane is seeking an experienced Outpatient Program Manager/Mental Health Therapist in our Portland IOP Office with a minimum CADC II certification and Mental Health Licensure, who is interested in becoming a part of the Serenity Lanes team supporting our mission of helping people to transform their lives through the treatment of addiction. We are seeking a candidate who is motivated and dedicated to growing and expanding our treatment services. This person would be team oriented, with effective communication skills. They will manage quality of care in patient services. Patient census and retention development. Clinical and nonclinical staff development. Financial oversight for the office. Facilitate mental health services as applicable per credentials including an average of 15 billable Mental Health hours per week. Develop and maintain strong referent relationships and community partnerships.
