Our Midwest Oral Surgery practice is looking for a motivated Dental Assistant or Surgical Tech to join our Oral Surgery team!
This is a full-time (hourly, non-exempt) position. No weekends or evenings hours!
Hours: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 7:15am – 4:30pm Wed 7:15am – 1pm. No weekend hours.
Wentzville office location: 1004 Schroeder Creek Blvd. Wentzville, MO 63385

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with that with your superior customer service skills, make you an asset to any team.
You can take direction and follow through in a timely fashion.
You are motivated to learn and maintain knowledge of equipment, expected patient outcome, and anticipated complications.
What you will do:
- Performing and participating in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, sterilization, storage distribution of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment
- Preparing and arranging instruments, surgical trays, and required material
- Maintaining personal protection per OSHA guidelines as it pertains to personal safety (i.e. protective clothing, eyewear and gloves)
- Proper use of sterilizers, sonic cleaners and other related equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe workplace
- Chinning within a surgical setting
- Other duties as assigned
