As a key player in our OCI AI Services team, you will:• Lead and coordinate complex technical projects involving large language models, ensuring they align with both Oracle’s strategic direction and customer needs.• Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project performance to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.• Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve challenges that may impact project timelines or outcomes.• Foster strong communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project status, milestones, and deliverables.• Continuously assess and improve project processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and product quality.• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging professional growth and fostering a collaborative team environment.• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, leveraging this knowledge to inform project strategies and decision-making.
