Collaborate and strategize with leadership team in design, evaluation and implementation of Cerner Kids policies, procedures, programming, and scheduling
Collaborate with center director to determine classroom placement of children and communicate transition information to parents and teachers
Develop individuals and team with the guidance of the center director
Instill corporate policies utilizing relationships in HR, AR, and other Cerner organizations
Handle child issue escalations and develop plan with parents under the guidance of the center director
Perform across roles as required while balancing management responsibilities and routine center operations
