What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and own the sales of Oracle Cloud Technology within your territory. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer success and happiness.
• Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS)
• Implement the Oracle Cloud Tech strategy throughout your territory
• Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and provide regular 1:1 coaching
• Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners
• A good understanding of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) or other Cloud technologies.

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

• Proven years of experience in sales management and experience on working on complex/Large Enterprises
• Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services
• Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
• Knowledge of Oracle products is preferred
• Fluency in English and (Swiss)German.
