Job Description

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will support the CRM Engagement Services team. This team delivers increased client value of CRM and Marketing automation investments through a deep understanding of the clinical data model and foundation, strategic thinking in data application and audience segmentation, and brings a data driven approach to marketing strategies.

You will work with clients and team members to support client CRM initiatives across their organization and will be responsible for developing marketing design and copy for emails, sms messages, and landing pages.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account manager to develop engaging copy, compelling visual assets and graphics, and innovative email templates across campaigns

Support client marketing material development in marketing automation platforms including emails, sms messages, and landing pages

Define recommendations on campaign segmentation, testing, email design, optimization strategies

Work with cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Possess attention to detail and project management skills; work alongside Account Management team to ensure scope and timelines are met

Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.

Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
