Oracle ERP Cutover Specialist (Team Lead); Cloud ERP

Optomi in partnership with a national leader in the manufacturing and logistics industry are looking for an exceptional ERP specialist to join their team! This individual would need both strong technical skills within the Cloud ERP space as well as managerial experience to identify migration and data conversion strategies for critical applications properly.

Qualifications of the right candidate:

• 8 years of Oracle ERP experience creating flows, converting data, and migrating boundary applications.
• 5 years of demonstrated experience and success in leading and executing Cutover plans for large ERP platform implementations.
• 10 total years of IT and Project Management experience
• Currently living within a commutable range or willing to relocate to Cleveland Ohio.

Experience of the right candidate:

• Strong understanding of high-level flows like Order to Cash, Source to Pay and Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory in ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Month End Tasks and dependencies.
• Strong exposure to Data Conversion process and dependencies.
