Deal Processor 

Summary 

OptimumRV is looking for an organized Deal Processor to perform administrative support tasks in our dealership. This candidate will work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations from coordinating with department managers, deal processing, and basic bookkeeping- must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with MS Office Suite and day to day RV dealership procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible

• Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues

• Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices

• Sales Tax, commissions, and deal processing for employees

• Verify payables to AP department

• Assist in office management and organization procedures

• Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc. 

• All other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years experience of basic accounting principles including deal and commissions processing 

• Previous experience supporting AP/AR departments

• Proficiency in MS Office

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Essential Characteristics:

• Previous work in Automotive or RV Dealership

• Very good organizational and multitasking abilities
