Summary:

Optimum RV is looking for a Parts Associate to provide service to technicians requiring parts while receiving, stocking and tagging product. The Parts Associate is engaging with customers, making sure units are in order for walkthrough and pickup.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with acquiring parts to help shop run efficiently
• Stock parts shelves in correct fashion, making sure parts are sorted in bins, well marked and neat
• Use online catalogs for parts look-ups, identifying the location of parts through computer system and applying parts to work orders and service tickets
• Responsible for ensuring units scheduled for delivery the next business day are ready for transfer from the make ready area to the assigned delivery pad.
• Walking the RV with the customer, taking notes on any needed changes.
• Listening to client concerns and determining their needs.
• Operate sit-down forklift in warehouse setting
• Answer phones when front counter is overloaded
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• RV Parts Experience preferred
• High School diploma, GED or trade school equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Self motivated and detail oriented
