Optimal Wireless is Hiring a District Manager Near LEAWOOD, KS

Job Summary:

As a District Leader at Optimum Wireless LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail locations within a designated district. You will lead a team of Store Managers and ensure the achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic direction and guidance to Store Managers within the district, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

2. Drive sales performance by setting clear sales targets, monitoring progress, and implementing effective strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.

3. Foster a customer-centric culture by promoting exceptional customer service standards and ensuring consistent delivery across all stores.

4. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching and feedback to Store Managers, and identify areas for improvement.

5. Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop action plans to address them.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and HR, to implement company initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

7. Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their leadership and sales skills.

8. Monitor and manage store expenses, budgets, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively identify business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

10. Ensure compliance with AT&T and Optimum Wireless LLC's standards, policies, and procedures, including legal and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2. Proven experience as a District Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role in the retail industry, preferably within the wireless telecommunications sector.

3. Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

4. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

7. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and operational plans.

8. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations, financial management, and budgeting.

9. Ability to travel within the designated district as required.

10. Knowledge of AT&T products, services, and systems is highly desirable.
